Entreprenurial Strategic Planning

We work in partnership with the leadership of these organizations to first assess their current strengths and aspirations. Then we bring a set of wide-ranging tools and methods from the fields of appreciative inquiry; participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation; and traditional business competitor analysis to a strategic planning process designed specifically for that organization’s context.

Meeting Design and Facilitation
